Due to the customized nature of these products and strict sanitation requirements, all sales are final.

• No refunds are offered on hoses.
• Once an order is placed for a stainless steel scope and payment has cleared, the order is immediately transmitted to the machinist, at which point it cannot be canceled or refunded.

Please allow 2–3 weeks for delivery once payment has cleared, as each scope is made to order.
